• You must be at least 18 years old and resides in the Philippines to be able join.
• You may send as many entries as you want. You may also use the same Tax Identification Number (TIN) to send more entries and earn more chances to win instant prizes any time of the day, wherever you may be!
• Once you send in the correct entry details, you’ll know if you’ve won a prize or not, instantly! An instant prize is considered taken when the participant’s entry hits a spot where a prize is assigned. • VALID RECEIPTS
  Valid Receipts are receipts those issued by establishments, companies, vendors, professionals and other registered entities that sell products and services to the public located in the Republic of the Philippines. The following types of receipt are valid to join INSTANT PSR:
  1. Official Receipt (OR)
     A receipt issued for the payment of services rendered or goods sold. It contains the following information:
     • Business name and address
     • Tax Identification Number (TIN) of the business
     • Name of printer (BIR Permit Number) with inclusive serial number of booklets and date of issuance of receipts

     This term shall likewise include machine-validated utility bills or statements of account that bear the above information. Medical, dental, firms and other professional receipts issued as proof of services rendered are also examples of official receipts.
     It does not however include credit card statements of account or similar documents.

  2. Sales Invoice (SI) / Cash Invoice (CI)
     A written account of goods sold or services rendered and the prices charged used as proof of sale and transfer or agreement to sell or transfer of goods and services. It contains the same information found in an Official Receipt.
  3. Cash Register Machine / Point of Sales (CRM/POS) Receipt
     A receipt generated from machines that may or may not be electronically connected to a Computerized Accounting System (CAS). A common example are those receipts from groceries, department stores, malls and other public establishments and are usually printed in thermal paper.

After you send in an entry to INSTANT PSR, a text message will be sent to your mobile phone to initially advise you if you are eligible to win a prize or not. If you hit a prize spot:

• Prepaid Load

  If you hit a prepaid load instant prize, you will be notified via text. The load shall be pushed to your mobile phone and credited for your use within 48 hours. A text message will inform you after the prepaid load prize has been sent to your phone.

  If you are a postpaid subscriber, a INSTANT PSR representative will be calling you from the same authorized phone number (02) 338-5599 and will ask you on an alternative prepaid number you may want the prize awarded to in your stead.

• P5,000, Brand New Car, P1,000,000

  If you are eligible to win a major prize, i.e., P5,000, brand new car, or P1,000,000 you will be notified by a INSTANT PSR authorized representative within 48 hours via a call from the phone number (02) 338-5599 to your mobile phone to inform you of the requirements needed to proceed to validating & verifying your entry.

  INSTANT PSR through PhilWeb will attempt to contact the winner at least once per week or 5x for the duration of the 30 days after the 1st try. Should we fail to contact the winner during these times, INSTANT PSR through BIR & PhilWeb reserves the right to forfeit the prize and decide to re-offer the same at a future date.

• P30 Prepaid load winners would not need to undergo the verification procedure. The load will be pushed to the winner’s mobile number automatically within 48 hours from the time the system identifies the winning entry. Should the winning number be a postpaid number, an INSTANT PSR representative will call the mobile number & request the postpaid subscriber for a prepaid number he wishes to send the prize to.
• Entries eligible to win P5,000, brand new car, or P1,000,000 will undergo validation process.
  1. A INSTANT PSR representative will initially call the mobile number and validate the following information:
     1. Requests that the subscriber get hold of the Official Receipt eligible to win a prize
     2. Confirms the following: winning TIN of OR used, instant prize won and Entry Number.
• Once the above details have been confirmed, the INSTANT PSR representative shall request the subscriber to provide the following basic information:
  1. Name
  2. Present address
  3. Age / Birthdate
  4. Gender
  5. Civil Status
  6. How/ where the winner got to know INSTANT PSR
  7. Submit a clear copy of the winning Official Receipt, two (2) copies of valid Identification Cards with photos (ID with photo). Requirements submitted may have a title line that says: “ATTENTION: INSTANT PSR” for ease in identification
• Original receipts dated within sixty (60) days from the date of entry will only be accepted for verification. If the O.R. submitted is more than 60 days old or is dated one (1) or more days after the submitted entry was sent, the subscriber will be automatically disqualified to win a prize.
• Once the verification & validation process have been conducted, INSTANT PSR shall call you to inform you of the result via a call to your mobile phone and the procedure in claiming if you are declared a winner.

• Prepaid Load Winner
  1. The load will be pushed to the winner’s mobile number automatically within 48 hours from the time the system identifies the winning entry.
  2. Should the winning number be a postpaid number, a INSTANT PSR representative will call the mobile number and request the postpaid sub for a prepaid number he wishes to send the prize to.
• P5,000, Brand New Car Winner, or P1,000,000
  1. Winners of the P5,000, Brand New Car Winner, or P1,000,000 would have to submit the original receipt and present the original IDs originally submitted to the PhilWeb office before or upon claiming his prize.
  2. P5,000, Brand New Car Winner, or P1,000,000 prizes should be claimed by the identified winner personally at a pre-determined date, time and venue as specified by the Bureau of Internal Revenue through PhilWeb.
  3. Should the actual winner be unable to claim his prize, he must prepare and sign an authorization letter bearing his representative's name which should be submitted upon claiming of prize. Together with the letter, the original Identification Cards (2 IDs) of the winner, 1 ID of the authorized representative and the winning O.R. should be presented and submitted to Philweb Corp. Car prize will not be released to anyone other than the actual winner if the said requirements are not presented to PhilWeb and/or BIR.
  4. Winners have sixty (60) days from date of notification that he is a declared winner to claim his prize.
  5. INSTANT PSR through PhilWeb will attempt to contact the winner at least once per week or 5x for the duration of the 30 days after the 1st try. Should we fail to contact the winner during these times, INSTANT PSR through BIR & PhilWeb reserves the right to forfeit the prize and decide to re-offer the same at a future date.

• INSTANT PSR thru BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE (BIR) and PhilWeb Corporation shall only allow subscribers physically located in the Philippines. The service shall be strictly offered within the territorial jurisdiction of the Philippines.
• PhilWeb and BIR shall provide a mobile phone based INSTANT PSR gaming platform, which is user friendly, convenient and secure.
• INSTANT PSR shall ensure that this is properly implemented through blocking arrangements with telephone companies.
• INSTANT PSR shall grant the Subscriber a personal and non-exclusive right to use the mobile gaming system to participate in INSTANT PSR.
• INSTANT PSR service shall provide customes with the highest level of security, integrity, fair play and customer service.
• All mobile number information in INSTANT PSR shall be treated with strictest confidence and shall not under any circumstances be provided as information to anyone but the mobile number owner except as may be required by BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE (BIR).
• The Subscriber shall be responsible for reading and understanding all content of INSTANT PSR rules and regulations in the Terms and Conditions menu before sending an entry. The Subscriber shall accept and agree to abide by both the Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, and the rules and regulations of mobile gaming. The Subscriber shall accept and agree his/her Representation and warranties, to wit:
  1. The Subscriber understands fully the rules and procedures for participating in INSTANT PSR.
  2. Any transaction entered into through the use of any of the Subscriber's information shall be the sole responsibility of the Subscriber.
  3. The Subscriber shall not allow any third party or person, including and without limitation to any minor, to use his/her information to send entries or participate in INSTANT PSR in any way
  4. The Subscriber accepts that the determination of the winning entries, winning mobile numbers and the applicable payouts are at the sole discretion of INSTANT PSR.
  5. The Subscriber is fully aware of the fact that there is the risk of losing money by participating in INSTANT PSR.
  6. The Subscriber accepts that INSTANT PSR reserves its rights to limit and/or refuse the Subscriber’s entries.
• In the event of any dispute regarding instant winning results, the decision of INSTANT PSR shall be final and binding.
• Published prizes are not subject to any tax liability.
• INSTANT PSR shall not be responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to problems arising from a Subscriber’s mobile phone, SIM card, other utilities, traffic congestion on the Mobile, or other problems. If, for any reason, INSTANT PSR does not operate as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of PhilWeb, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of a game, PhilWeb reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately terminate, modify or suspend the service(s).
• The Subscriber understands that the term INSTANT PSR is the trademark, service mark, and trade name of PhilWeb and the Subscriber obtains no rights to such terms or any other terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies, by using INSTANT PSR and the material contained therein.
• The Subscriber shall hold harmless BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE (BIR)/PhilWeb, and their officers, employees, distributors, affiliates and agents and shall fully indemnify the same for any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of Subscriber’s: (i) use or reuse of INSTANT PSR Value-Added Service (VAS) Number/s; (ii) participation in mobile gaming; or, (iii) acceptance of any winnings.

• INSTANT PSR shall accept all entries in Philippine Pesos. All mobile subscribers (postpaid and prepaid) with Short Messages Services (SMS) sending capability can join the service.
• It is the Subscriber’s obligation to take note whether his entry won an instant prize or not by completely reading and understanding the instant reply sent by INSTANT PSR system.
• As a general rule for INSTANT PSR, the Subscriber may send as many entries as he wishes as long as the entry price of P5 can still be covered by the Subscriber’s load account balance. Once the Subscriber’s load account balance is depleted, the Subscriber must replenish it by reloading his load account balance.
• Once the Subscriber provides the parameters, the INSTANT PSR system shall check information for validity and if valid, it shall send a confirmation to Subscriber. Determination of valid and invalid entries shall be at the sole discretion of INSTANT PSR.
• Reversals, where Subscribers will ask for the cancellation of their entries, eligible winner or not, and for their load to be credited back to their mobile account, are not allowed for INSTANT PSR. An entry, valid or not to earn a chance to win an instant prize will be automatically charged to the mobile number account which sent it.
• It is the Subscriber’s responsibility to save his Entry Confirmation Number (ECN) for future transaction validation. If saving his ECN in his mobile phone is not applicable, then it is the Subscriber’s responsibility to personally make a list of the ECNs that he obtained from sending entries to INSTANT PSR.
• Information concerning the Subscriber shall be stored in the database. The database shall include the Subscriber’s mobile number and entry details.
• BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE (BIR) representatives shall have access to the Subscriber’s database for verification, monitoring and profiling purposes.

• The Subscriber accepts that the determination of the winning entries shall be at the sole discretion of INSTANT PSR system.
• The Subscriber accepts that the notification declaring whether the entry won an instant prize or not will not always be immediate. Delivery of notification to mobile numbers may be affected due to network congestion, system faulty or downtime. However, status of their entry upon receipt of the delayed notification is always final and accurate.
• The Subscriber accepts that PhilWeb will try to keep the system as perfect as possible but it is not guaranteed that it will always function accordingly. PhilWeb shall be held free from liabilities as a result of these.
• A Subscriber whose entry receives the instant notification declaring that he is an eligible winner of an instant major prize (ie P5,000, Brand New Car Winner, or P1,000,000) will be phoned by a INSTANT PSR representative. A Subscriber whose entry receives the instant notification declaring that he is NOT an eligible winner of an instant major prize (ie P5,000, Brand New Car Winner, or P1,000,000) will not receive a phone call from a INSTANT PSR representative. It is the Subscriber’s responsibility to double check whether his entry won an instant prize or not by contacting INSTANT PSR hotline (02) 338-97776, checking the newspapers for the announcement of winners or by visiting the official website www.INSTANTPSR.com.ph. Once a subscriber who is not an eligible winner of an instant prize does not inquire about his entry status for sixty (60) days from date the entry is sent, it is understood that the Subscriber accepts that his entry loses in the service.
• Should the Subscriber who is not an eligible winner of an instant prize inquires about his entry status within sixty (60) days from the date his entry is sent, the transaction logs of the said entry will be called for and shall be the basis of determination whether the entry won or not.
• INSTANT PSR decision after proper investigation of inquiries and disputes shall be final and binding.

• The eligible winner of a major prize (ie P5,000, Brand New Car Winner, or P1,000,000) will have fifteen (15) days from the date a INSTANT PSR representative is successful to call him to submit the requirements for verification and validation procedure. An eligible winner who fails to submit the requirements after fifteen (15) days from date of notification of being an eligible winner loses the right to claim his prize.
• INSTANT PSR Validation Team (ie PhilWeb and BIR) reserves the right to refuse a document submitted for validation and verification. The rejected document may be a blurred copy of the original receipt and identifications, an expired identification, an invalid authorization letter and other factors that may affect the verification of the eligible winner’s authenticity to be officially declared a winner.

• INSTANT PSR thru BIR and PhilWeb reserves the right to investigate a Subscriber who has successively won instant prizes. If it will be proven that the Subscriber committed fraud, then he will be subject to penalties which include, denial to play or access INSTANT PSR by any means, indemnification and other penalties which is applicable by law.
• INSTANT PSR reserves the right to monitor a Subscriber?s transactions history. Every unique mobile number shall be monitored as needed. If a mobile number is proven to be involved in any suspicious activity such as but not limited to huge volume of entries per determined period (ie seconds, minutes, hour or as needed to be investigated), he will be blocked from joining INSTANT PSR.
• If a mobile number wins an instant prize and proven to commit fraud in winning the said prize, his winning/s shall still be honored but he will be blocked from joining INSTANT PSR provided that his entries are charged accordingly.
• A Subscriber may be suspended or terminated at any time at the discretion of INSTANT PSR Team (ie PhilWeb Corp and BIR) due to, but not limited to the following:
  1. Providing incorrect or misleading information (ie fictitious TIN, fictitious identifications, etc.);
  2. Failure to comply with INSTANT PSR’s Terms and Conditions; and
  3. Death and/or bankruptcy of the Subscriber

1. SOFTWARE AVAILABLE ON THIS WEBSITE
