Hi Boyet! The rule is, without the original receipt you can no longer claim your prize. However, if you can present a duplicate copy or a reprint of the receipt (if issued by a machine), pwede mo pa rin ma-claim ang premyo provided mag-match lahat ng O.R. details dun sa “system-generated report” of winning entries.
