    Sir/Madam:

I am from Cebu City, please clarify me on this:

machine generated receipts do not bear OR number but what commonly appear on the face of the tape is written “this serves as your Official Receipt” but no number is written after or before the phrase, Only TIN#, S/N or Serial No. (can we write this in place of the OR#?)

Would appreciate a reply very soon because I have receipts pending for entry. Thank you.

Rene, you can use the Sales Invoice#, Transaction # or Serial Number for purposes of joining Premyo Sa Resibo. Text lang ng text – our next P1Million draw is on January 30. Thank you and good luck.

I have a question, hope you can give me a prompt reply.

If I text more than one PSR entries in one sending to 9778, will I also get multiple entry numbers for the chance to the 1million draw?

    Thanks for your prompt reply,

    rene

Hi Rene! If you send to 9778, you will be issued 1 Entry Control Number (ECN), which is the unique number assigned to each entry availed as specified in the acknowledgment message sent to participant upon acceptance of his/her Text-Entry. However, although only 1 ECN is issued, it has several compartment numbers depending on the amount of the O.R. used. So, if the amount in your receipt is P1,000 – you will be issued 1 ECN with 10 compartment numbers, giving you 10 chances in the PSR scheduled draws. Thanks!

Hi Leah! If you sent to 9777, you will be charge only P2.50. Pero kung sa 9778 po kayo nagpadala, automatic po kayo bibigyan ng 7 entries. For every P100 in the O.R. amount, you are entitled to 1 entry and any amount in excess of P100 is also 1 entry.

Since ang resibo mo ay 651, 7 entries po ang ibibigay sa inyo x P2.50 per entry = so you will be charged P17.50. Should you need any further clarification, please feel free to call our PSR Hotline number 338-9777. Thanks!

Hi Ces! The syntax in sending to 9777 or 9778 is the same. The only difference is irrespective of the amount in the O.R. and you send to 9777, you will be issued only 1 entry and will be charged P2.50.

However, if you send to 9778 and your O.R. amount is P1,000 the system will automatically give you 10 entries because for every P100 in the O.R. amount, you are entitled to 1 entry and any amount in excess of P100 is also 1 entry.

So if the receipt amount is P1,000 – a total of 10 entries will be issued x P2.50 per entry = you will be charged P25. Should you need any further clarification, please feel free to call our PSR Hotline number 338-9777. Thanks!

Hi Chito! You can enter the full amount of 1999.75 or simply 1999. Please do not include the comma in the amount as this will invalidate your entry. Thanks!
