To PSR: dapat mahuli nyo un mga illegal receipt?pano nyo imomonitor eh OR lang hanap nyo. Marami ako receipt puro PROVISIONAL RECEIPT or fake receipt ayaw nila magissue ng OR. Puro mga illegal !

A while ago today I bought medicine form a local drug store here in Panghulo, Malabon City worth 235 pesos. A receipt form a cash register machine was given to me. On my way home I noticed there was no o.r. number in the receipt as i was to join PSR so I went back to ask the saleslady which indicated the o.r. number in the cash register receipt. She glance at the receipt for a few seconds and went to the cashier with my receipt as I noticed she was instructed. To my surprise, the saleslady went to the adjacent side of the store to write an o.r. for me. Does it mean that this “Sta Rita Pharmacy” here in Panghulo, Malabon which have a booming business with hundreds of buyers daily evades paying taxes where I thought their cash register machine indicates a vat amount? Why would they issue me another original receipt when they only give the cash register receipt to all their buyers? So correct me if I may be wrong. There are many business that only issue cash register receipts most specially supermarkets and department stores. What if they fake the o.r. numbers of their receipts as they have immediate access to their mainframes. The government surely lost a lot of revenues from tax evaders. No new taxes but effective tax collection and an effective RATE program of BIR.
